Pathfinders Health Care Advisors is a group of Physician Assistants/Physician Associates formed in 2022 by Timothy Thompson, PA-C, MBA. We have decades of experience and professional training in a variety of areas within the medical field, leadership/management and business. Over that time, we have  developed best practices for healthcare providers to amplify the impact they have on patient care independent of professional certifications, titles or roles.
